Abbazia Di Propezzano Chardonnay Umbria ’18 1 Lit

Abbazia di Propezzano have a small vineyard in Umbria where they make this incredible chardonnay.  The vines are on average 30 years old. The harvest usually takes place around the last week of August. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in Stainless steel  before bring matured in Barriques for a period of 2 months and then a future 6 months in the bottle(1 litre bottles great invention). It is an incredible wine of great elegance, well balanced, and a fantastic mineral aspect.

We recommend to taste it with: Fish appetizers, risotto with fish and grilled fish.
