Aldrighetti Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Sup 2021, this wine follows the “Ripasso” method, where the base Valpolicella is refermented on the residual pomace (skins) of the Amarone, thus acquiring greater structure, body, and complexity.

The wine pours a ruby ​​red color that tends toward garnet as it ages. It is a structured and full-bodied wine, offering more complexity, a higher alcohol content, and greater longevity compared to a standard Valpolicella.

On the nose, it offers complex notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherries and black cherries preserved in alcohol, spicy hints, and subtle notes of dried grapes.

On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, warm, and velvety, with balanced tannins and good persistence. It is a wine with a higher alcohol content than a Valpolicella Classico.
