Bottled with a well-balanced 11% ABV, it delivers maximum drinkability alongside remarkable depth.
Appearance: Pours a crystal-clear, bright straw-yellow color with vibrant, youthful greenish reflections.
Nose: Unbelievably expressive and aromatic. An elegant bouquet of crisp green apples, juicy citrus fruits, and yellow wildflowers intermingles with fresh grassy accents, wild Mediterranean herbs, and a complex flinty, smoky mineral undertone.
Palate: Medium-bodied, round, yet extraordinarily lively. It hits the palate with a refreshing, almost electric acidity that transitions beautifully into a deeply savory, succulent, and slightly smoky finish.
