It has an opalescent straw yellow color; a compact persistent creamy head. On the nose there are hints of wheat, yeast and an unmistakable banana fragrance; more in the background you can perceive citrus, spicy, herbaceous and vanilla notes. In the mouth it is full and round, reflecting the olfactory notes and with a typical flavor of wheat beers and a barely perceptible bitterness. Dry and dry finish.
