Barale Fratelli Barolo Bussia Riserva 2015

Barale Fratelli Barolo Bussia Riserva 2015 is produced with 100% Nebbiolo, after the harvest the grapes are subjected to a soft pressing and destemming process followed by a static fermentation with indigenous yeasts selected from the grapes of their vineyards. Subsequent maceration for about 30 days with frequent spraying of the skins. Aging in medium-sized French oak barrels (15-30 hl) for 3 years with a minimum of essential decanting. Refinement in the bottle for at least 12 months.
