Produced from the historic vineyard in Bussia Soprano in Monforte D’Alba, the vines, planted in 1982. The wine ages for 12 months in tonneaux in the presence of suspended yeasts (batonnage technique) then elevation in the bottle for 6months.
COLOR: brilliant, pale with golden hues.
NOSE: intense and complex bouquet with notes of dried acacia flower, exotic fruits, honey.
MOUTH: supple, lively, mineral salts, full and persistent.
