Benromach Peat Smoke Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Benromach Peat Smoke distilled in 2008 this is a bottling with an undeclared age, produced from small batches of barley where the malt has been dried with very high levels of peat smoke. Finally matured in ex-bourbon first-fill barrels, the result is a highly peated single malt, with a phenol level of 53ppm, but which preserves the elegance and “fruitiness” typical of Speyside spirits.
