The Pinot Bianco has a great colour in the glass, straw yellow with hints of green; a fantastic nose with fruity aromas of apples, apricots and mountain herbs. It is creamy, full-bodied and with pleasant acidity. You’ll find a lot of elegance with stimulating bitter nuances at the end. Perfect on its own with some nibbles or it goes great with soft cheese, salads with creamy dressings or fish.
