Intense ruby red. Very ripe on the nose, almost toasted, with aromas of dried cranberry, cherries, figs macerated in sugar syrup and aromatic herbs. A fresher and softer note follows, with clean and precise aromas of cinnamon, pepper and tobacco. The finish is persistent with a young and full-bodied tannic component, but at the same time smooth.
