Sourced from estate-owned vineyards on the nutrient-rich, black volcanic sands of Mount Etna’s northern slopes, this 100% Nerello Mascalese vintage undergoes a precise 4-to-5-hour cold cryomaceration to gently extract its delicate color and noble aromatic precursors. Fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks for six months on its fine lees, the wine bypasses oak influence to preserve the pristine, crystalline purity of its volcanic origin.
