It is slightly veiled yellow in color, with white foam, compact and very persistent. The aroma is hoppy on the nose, with herbaceous floral scents and spicy and citrus notes. On the palate the taste is decidedly bitter, with reference to the notes of malt and spices perceived by the nose. Little carbonate, very dry finish with long persistence.
