Drappier Brut Nature

The Drappier Brut Nature (often labeled “Zero Dosage”) is one of the most iconic and pure Champagnes from the Drappier house, located in Urville. It epitomizes their “au naturel” philosophy, with no added sugar and minimal use of sulfites.

On the nose: Very fresh and mineral. Notes of crisp pear, lemon, freshly picked red fruits, and a distinctive trail of aromatic herbs and white flowers stand out.

On the palate: Extremely straight and upright. With no dosage (sugars added after disgorgement), the palate is taut, dry, and crisp. Flavors of quince and an almost chalky minerality emerge, with a long and very clean finish.
