Fattoria Coroncino Gaiospino Verdicchio Ris 2021

”Gaiospino” Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore Riserva, comes from a selection of grapes harvested at full maturity. Roughly 30% of the wine ferments in 500 liter oak barrels and remains on its yeasts until bottling which takes place after 16-18 months. This is an important wine, for its structure and aromatic richness, it has an incredible longevity, great for the wine cellar.
Gaiospino has an elegant impact on the nose, with a refined mineral matrix. In the mouth it is full, exciting, enveloping and savory wine, with a fresh and long finish. Perfect with fish, such as cod or stockfish, fish soup, brilliant with eggs and asparagus.
