Certified biodynamic (Demeter) and proudly selected for the prestigious Triple ‘A’ registry (Agricoltori, Artigiani, Artisti), this low-intervention white wine comes from the sun-drenched hills overlooking Trento. Mazoni bianco was Born from a historical cross between Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco, this unique grape variety combines aromatic precision with immense mineral longevity. It features a balanced 12.5% ABV, offering an agile yet texturally profound drinking experience.
Appearance: Pours a brilliant, clear, and luminous straw-yellow color with golden, sun-kissed reflections.
Nose: An intense, sophisticated aromatic explosion. Early notes reveal white mountain flowers (hawthorn, jasmine), crisp green apple, and juicy stone fruits (apricot, pear). As it opens, it unveils layers of fresh mountain herbs, a hint of raw honey, and a striking, flinty mineral undertone.
Palate: Beautifully structured and creamy yet extraordinarily vertical and lively. In its youth, it flashes the creamy finesse of Pinot Bianco, which quickly surrenders to a sharp, almost electric Riesling-like citric acidity and a deeply savory, saline mineral grip. The finish is bone-dry, persistent, and wrapped in a silky, textured mouthfeel.
