Certified organic and part of the international Renaissance des Appellations network, this 100% Catarratto is born from zero-compromise biodynamic viticulture. Bottled completely unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfites, the 2022 vintage offers a living, deep, and beautifully textured expression of Sicilian soil. Balancing an approachable 13% ABV with intense mineral tension, it is an essential bottle for orange wine aficionados and lovers of low-intervention white wines.

Appearance: Pours a beautiful, warm straw-yellow to luminous golden-orange hue. It features light, amber reflections and the signature, subtle opalescence typical of unfiltered, skin-macerated whites.

Nose: An intense, deeply sophisticated Mediterranean bouquet. It opens with vibrant, sun-kissed aromas of fresh orange zest, ripe yellow pear, and crisp pink grapefruit. As it breathes, it develops an overarching elegance, revealing delicate floral notes of citrus blossoms, green tea, and complex rocky mineral undertones.

Palate: Rich, dense, and beautifully layered on the tongue. The satisfyingly textured weight from 10–12 days of skin contact is masterfully balanced by a vertical, refreshing lime-and-lemon acidity. The finish is exceptionally dry, persistent, and driven by a lingering, salty mineral snap and a clean, nutty finish
