Certified organic and part of the international Renaissance des Appellations network, this natural white wine is produced using zero-compromise biodynamic agriculture. The 2020 vintage delivers a pure, unadulterated expression of the territory with an accessible 13% ABV, avoiding the excessive heaviness and over-extraction common in warm-climate whites.
Appearance: Pours a beautiful, bright golden-yellow to rich straw color, reflecting its purity and artisanal nature.
Nose: An elegant and deeply complex aromatic bouquet. It opens with expressive aromas of ripe yellow pulp fruits, fresh peach, and apricot, which gracefully intertwine with delicate citrus scents of ripe lemon and lime zest. Subtle floral notes of jasmine, broom flower, linden, and a crisp hint of green apple follow close behind.
Palate: On the palate, it exhibits a brilliant, medium-bodied structure paired with an enveloping softness. It is wonderfully sapid and driving, where a refreshing, vertical acidity perfectly balances the fruit flavors, steering the sip toward a persistent, clean finish loaded with subtle herbs and mineral depth.
