La Cuvée is a direct print of a relatively young Grenache Noir and finished as white wine. The so-called Blanc de Noir. Compared to other white wines, the color tone and the taste of the skeleton and the complexity are firm and you can feel the nuances of oriental tea, herbs and spices. Despite its young age, it has a complex taste, has a savory flavor that comes out later, has an excellent general balance and is a soft cuvée that is different from the other macerated cuvées.
