La Ca Nova Barbaresco 2021, the grapes ferment in steel tanks for about 18-20 days and the wine is aged first in 3000-liter oak barrels for 16 months, and then for a further 10 months in the bottle. It pours a garnet red color; on the nose it has a wide bouquet, fruity aromas of raspberry and blackberry jam alternate with scents of licorice and tobacco. In the mouth it is full-bodied and structured, with soft tannins. It closes with a rather persistent finish.
