La Ca Nova Barbaresco Montefico 2017

Montefico takes its name from the historic vineyards, located near the village of Barbaresco; it is one of the two Crus on which “La Ca ’Nova” decided to focus from the beginning of their wine adventure. Fermentation is in steel tanks for 22 days, aging for 18 months in large oak barrels, and after that 10 months in the bottle.

This is the recipe of the Barbaresco Vigna Bric Mentina “Montefico” DOCG, a type of wine whose class is noticed right from the olfactory bouquet that expresses elegant and enveloping perfumes, you’ll want to drink it in one sip.

We recommend you to taste it with meat appetizers, first courses with meat sauce or second courses with red meat.
