La Ca Nova Langhe Nebbiolo 2022. Nebbiolo is, without a shadow of a doubt, the native Piedmontese vine par excellence, the La Ca’ Nova is strongly linked to the territory of Barbaresco, is a master in transforming this grape creating multiple wines, among which the Langhe Nebbiolo stands out. Fermented in steel for approximately 16-18 days, it is matured in 3000 liter oak barrels for approximately 14 months, and then further refined in the bottle for 4 months. A young, fine well balanced Nebbiolo, which we drink with great pleasure.
