La Torretta Torretta Bianco 2022

La Torretta Torretta Bianco is produced on volcanic solid of stratified gray tufo with numerous lapilli of rocky lava material. The vineyard is located on the slopes of a Lazio Volcano below Grottaferrata facing the sea. The wine-making takes place in Georgian buried amphorae without any additions of yeasts, bacteria or other oenological additives, followed by a subsequent maturation in amphora for approximately 12 months.

It has a slightly veiled straw color and with a light green heart. The nose experiences a happy combination between the fermentation aspect and the aromatic hint. The mouth interprets the same chromatic tone, on the one hand the thickness of a relaxed and confident texture, on the other the boost of acidity that accompanies the flavor to the delicious bitter aftertaste.
