Obtained exclusively from Montepulciano grapes, harvested by hand with a yield of 35 quintals per hectare. Fermentation on the skins in oak wooden vats, with the malolactic fermentation carried out strictly in new barriques where it ages for about 24 months.

The nose recalls aromas of small berries, spices and evident notes of balsamic vinegar, all fused into a bouquet with a broad personality.

On the palate it is very harmonious and balanced with acidity and thick tannins that support a long-lasting finish. Easy pairing with braised or stewed meat dishes, but also with roast kid and lamb.
