It is advisable to decant it and drink it at a temperature of 18-20°C. It is best expressed when paired with rich and tasty dishes, from fresh pasta seasoned with rich meat or vegetable sauces, to red meat dishes, grilled or roasted. Also excellent with cheeses, from soft to delicate blue ones.
