Gredic is not just a Sauvignon, but a celebration of Sauvignon Vert (historically known as Friulano or Tokai). Produced from approximately 30-year-old vines located in the eponymous “Gredic” area, it is organically farmed, fermented spontaneously, and requires minimal intervention in the cellar.
