Certified organic and proudly distributed as a Triple ‘A’ wine (Agricoltori, Artigiani, Artisti), this vintage is a co-fermented blend of 60% Moscato di Alessandria (Zibibbo) and 40% Albanello. It beautifully balances Mediterranean aromatic depth with alpine-like vertical tension. At an agile 11.5% ABV and containing a minimal total sulfur level of just 40 mg/l, this skin-contact white wine prioritizes freshness, transparency, and extreme drinkability.

Appearance: Pours a brilliant, bright straw-yellow to luminous golden hue, showing the delicate, beautiful cloudiness unique to unfiltered artisanal wines.

Nose: An incredibly fragrant, breezy, and complex bouquet. Upfront aromatics reveal intense notes of fresh white flowers, orange blossom, and chamomile mixed with juicy white peach, citron, and candied citrus peel. As it opens, it drops background hints of wild Mediterranean herbs, green tea, and subtle balsamic undertones.

Palate: Lean, nimble, and beautifully dynamic on the tongue. The aromatic richness of the Moscato is perfectly supported by the rigid structure and mineral backbone of the Albanello. A vibrant, thirst-quenching acidity sweeps across the palate, resolving into a bone-dry, impeccably clean, and salty-mineral finish.
