Crafted in the renowned subregion of Monti by the independent Cantina Perandria, this structured white wine stands out for a remarkable viticultural choice: it is made entirely from an ancient, rare clone of Vermentino featuring large berries grafted onto wild rootstock. This traditional method endows the wine with an incredibly rich fruity body and deep complexity, enhanced by vines grown on soils made of decomposed granite. Appearance: Luminous straw yellow with vibrant greenish highlights.

Aroma: The bouquet is intense, deep, and classic. Dominant notes of yellow field flowers, broom, and acacia blend seamlessly with ripe white-fleshed fruits like peach and apple, alongside exotic undertones.
