Because it originates exclusively from the steep hills of Ogliano, where viticulture is defined as “heroic.” The Perlage winery, pioneers of organic farming since 1985, follows the strict rules of Biodynamic agriculture (Demeter certified), allowing the earth to speak through the wine. The result is a Vintage Prosecco of rare purity, where soil minerality and fruit freshness find a perfect, sustainable balance.
Appearance: A brilliant straw yellow, crossed by an exceptionally fine, persistent, and creamy perlage that caresses the palate.
On the Nose: An intense and aristocratic bouquet. Crunchy notes of Golden apple and Williams pear intertwine with spring scents of wildflowers and acacia, finished with a chalky mineral nuance typical of the Ogliano Cru.
