Caroline is a white wine with a rich and captivating profile, which comes from the assembly of white grape varieties in South Tyrolean soil. Vinified in close contact with the skins, it explodes in the glass with hints of oriental spices, ripe exotic fruit, rock and candied citrus, animating a rich and pulpy sip, supported by agile freshness and brackish verve.

Great with swordfish or tuna, rabbit or game, well aged cheeses and lasagna
