Raina Campo Di Colonnello Umbria Bianco, is made with organic farming methods, the grapes are hand picked at the end of august and are fermented on the skins for 8 days in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. the wine is then matured for 5 months in stainless steel on the lees, 2 months in the bottle.

This wine pours a golden yellow in colour, On the nose it is fruity and expressive, with notes of exotic fruit, aromatic herbs, citrus fruits and wild spices, On the palate it is savory, juicy, with a lively freshness and good persistence
