Balancing an exceptionally agile 12.5% ABV, it delivers a crisp, mineral-forward sip that calls to mind the vertical, high-tension elegance of a French Chablis.

Appearance: Pours a brilliant, clear, and luminous straw-yellow color with delicate, youthful golden-green reflections in the glass.

Nose: An elegant, highly sophisticated varietal bouquet that avoids rigid textbook definitions. It opens with crisp, primary fruit notes of green apple, crunchy pear, white plum, and fresh orchard peach. As it breathes, it unfolds intense floral paths, light citrus lifts, wild almond flakes, and a chalky, mineral background.

Palate: On the palate, it strikes an impeccable balance between softness and crunchy energy. It is exceptionally fresh, straight, and fluid. The vertical, refreshing acid-and-saline drive is masterfully integrated with a velvety, leavened creaminess gained from the long steel contact on the lees.
