Thanks to the use of a special type of barley, its bright straw yellow color is very light compared to many beers of its kind: the first taste is very soft and seductive with a slight hint of acacia, and turns into a full mix and balanced two-tone hops and malt. The finish is very clean and dry and leaves a fine and delicate bitter taste on the tongue. Schönramer’s Hell simply encourages you to keep drinking.
