The grapes are sourced from old vines averaging 60 years of age, deeply rooted in clay-limestone soils in the historic village of Piglio. Here, vineyard care strictly follows the rhythms of nature. In the cellar, the winemaking returns to ancient roots: fermentation is spontaneous using indigenous yeasts (with 15% whole bunches), and the entire maceration and refinement process takes place exclusively in terracotta amphorae.

Appearance: Deep, intense, and impenetrable ruby red.
