Spontaneous fermentation in amphora with 15-day maceration, then it goes into chestnut barrels and finally in steel, it is bottled in spring and left to rest for 6 months in the bottle before being put on sale. A pure wine, it is not clarified and filtered, we recommend it with roasted meats and chestnuts.
