Tonini Trento doc metodo classico nature, is produced with 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Blanc grapes, this wine reflects the personality of the person who produces it, frank and uncompromising, with a great visceral bond to his land. The quality of this product can be experienced thank to the incredible balance between delicate citrus aromas, the long and persistent taste, and the fine elegant perlage. It pours a golden straw-color, by its nature it goes well with fish or white meat dishes, but it also pairs very well with vegetable-based first courses, and is excellent with cured meats of all kinds.
