Winestillery London dry gin is based on a wine distillate, fused with a unique selection of botanicals from Tuscany, it is distilled through the Pot Still alembic still, in order to obtain a gin capable of transporting you to the heart of Tuscany.
Aromatic profile: this gin has an intense aroma with strong typical wine aromas, delicate hints of menthol, juniper, coriander and dark woods, lemon and orange peel. Rich and velvety on the palate, fresh fruit, medicinal herbs and citrus fruits prevail, combined with a balsamic touch.
