Chianti
To be called Chianti, a wine must be produced only and exclusively in the Chianti region of Tuscany and obtained mainly from Sangiovese grapes. In most cases, wine producers choose to use 100% Sangiovese in Purezza, but in some years it is necessary to mix native grapes such as Canaiolo and Colorino. More rarely we also find Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.
