In Friuli the vineyards cover over 20,000 hectares of land. Here are some wineries specializing in the production of white wines. There are dry, semi-sweet, sweet wines – in some cases sparkling wines – all produced with the same grape variety. You can find wines that mature in stainless steel tanks, others in wooden barriques and, finally, some that combine the two methods.
