This wine pours light greenish colour in its youth which transforms into dazzling intense straw yellow tones.

The different exposures to the North, South and South-East of the vineyards give it a broad olfactory spectrum. The southern orientation and the prolonged afternoon sun rays give evident warm and fruity notes of yellow peach and melon; while colder climates give classic and elegant notes such as the aroma of elderflowers.

On the palate it confirms its elegance. It is fresh and full of flavor in the mouth, with interesting floral and fruity references. Consistent, structured and with a good taste-olfactory persistence.
