Abbazia Di Propezzano Colli Aprutini ’16 Anfora

16,90

ABV: 13%

Grape Variety: 50% Falanghina, 20% Pecorino, 20% trebbiano, 10% Passerina

The grapes are harvested around the first week of September, and makes for a very limited production with only 900 bottles produced. The wine is  fermented in steel tanks until the end of the fermentation, and then passed for 8 months in amphorae, once this period is over it will continue to refine in the bottle for about 2 months. Resulting in a white wine with a great structure, hints of unripe fruit, we recommend drinking it throughout the meal to see the evolution in the glass.

We recommend it with: cold cuts and cheese appetizers, first courses with meat sauce, second courses with meat
