An unfiltered and unpasteurized beer that has now conquered many palates, even the most demanding. Opalescent golden color with a beautiful persistent white foam head. The nose has herbaceous, fruity, slightly citrus and yeast aromas. In the mouth, fruity and citrus notes explode which lie on a “blanket” of sweet malt, with a flavor similar to that of a freshly baked spice. After seducing the palate with a superfine sweetness, the taste quickly evolves towards a dry hopped. The aftertaste is bitter and persistent, with a vague note of malt.
