Produced since 1844, a point of reference today on the subject of “Saison Belghe”! Fermented with fresh hops harvested at the end of summer, this beer which matures during the winter reached its peak in the first months of spring. Of a golden yellow color and slightly opalescent when poured into the glass, Saison Dupont forms a persistent foam that decorates the walls of the glass like lace. It releases a strong yeast smell that does not mask some slightly malty points. By heating up, the smell becomes more fruity and hop aromas are perceptible.
