Spontaneous fermentation beer produced with malted wheat and barley from organic farming.
As tradition dictates, it is the result of Lambic from different vintages blended together.
It has a deep golden color, on the nose and on the palate the perceived aromas are pungent and intense, as required by the style. The aroma and taste are characterized by acidulous and fruity notes, with hints of wood, leather and cellar in the background. On the palate the drink is enveloping and characterized by astringent and acidulous notes that accompany the sip until the end. Suitable for aging.
