Journey Islay Whisky

Islay Journey Blended Malt Scotch Whisky from the legendary island of Islay. It is produced from a blend of Islay whiskys, mainly from Caol Ila and Lagavulin, as well as other unspecified distilleries on the island. Aged in ex-bourbon barrels, it is bottled in natural color without cold filtration. The peat prevails on the nose, which softens into hints of pine needles, nutmeg and candied orange. On the palate the olfactory notes become sweeter and mineral, alternating apple, blood orange, liquorice, rhubarb and spices, with a persistent and saline finish.
