Made with 100% merlot grapes it is a red wine with great structure and expressive power. Being a natural wine producer this merlot starts it life with spontaneous fermentation which lasts about 15 days followed by aging for 18 months in old oak barriques. The nose is intense and gives fruity and spicy hints with mineral returns. The sip is very balanced between freshness, softness and persistence.
