GiallOro is an orange wine, a wine of character, with a strong tannin. The wine macerates on its skins for the entire fermentation period, the two wines, procanico and roscetto ferment separately and only when fermentation is complete are they combined where they remain on the fine lees for 11 months inside a stainless steel tank.
