The “Cosecose” from the Valter Mattoni winery is a Sangiovese from the Marche region, with a warm, full-bodied and tasty profile. The grapes come from vineyards with an average age of 60 years grown on predominantly clayey soils.
It pours an intense ruby red colour with bright reflections, while the scent is reminiscent of ripe red fruit, violet petals and cinchona. In the mouth it is warm, vinous, savory, soft, enveloping and with an excellent persistent finish.
