A wonderful wine with a great personality, made with pure Grenache grapes. The Grenache vineyards are cultivated at 300 meters above sea level, on loose soil, with a sandy matrix and rich in Organic deposits, which gives the wine a particular finesse and expressive elegance.
During the harvest, only the best grape bunches are sent to wine making, which takes place with fermentation in stainless steel tanks and the use of only indigenous yeasts. The wine matures for a period of 24 months in barrique and completes the refinement with a few months in the bottle before being released on the market. Resulting in a highly aromatic wine, it pours a brilliant ruby red color, with light purple nuances.
On the nose it is rich and intense, with fragrant aromas, reminiscent of blueberry, blackcurrant, wild blackberry, raspberry, morello cherry, the soft sensations of oriental spices, the nuances of blond tobacco, leather and noble woods.
On the palate it is of medium structure, with a mature and evolved tannic texture, fruity, fragrant and broad aromas enveloping your mouth leaving a long persistent finish.
