Ayinger Urweisse

Ur-Weisse is a beer produced with barley and wheat malts in accordance with the most authentic Bavarian tradition. Pours an opalescent amber color with a beige foam head, quite persistent. The aroma is broad and rich, with evident fruity notes of banana and spices. In the mouth dominate the flavors of malt and yeast accompanied by fruity and spicy notes (cloves). Hop, while respecting the style, is not in evidence but this beer is still less sweet than traditional Weizen.
