Koval Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey is a distillate that uses 51% of corn in its blend and, unlike the classic recipe, replaces rye with millet. Millet is a cereal used mainly in Asia and Africa and does not contain gluten. Matured in American oak barrels this whiskey and single barrel, small batch and unfiltered.
