The “one of a kind” Belgian Trappist beer. It begins very dry, bitter, followed by hints of pear and bread crust. The aging process adds a fruity note, which finds a subtle balance between the full-bodied but complex taste, and the bitterness of the beer. The aromas are very pronounced while maintaining the right level of bitterness thanks to the English method of dry hopping.

The various stages of fermentation – fermentation combined with the original yeast and wild yeast, followed by fermentation in the bottle – mean that the beer has to age for some time and requires numerous quality checks.
